the year of living in answered prayers ✨ 2025 was a year of accomplishing things I once dreamed of, and many more things that I never fathomed possible. From running with Zuck (what?!), to continuing to raise the bar with our event-marketing with companies like HOKA, Brooks, Under Armour, to joining the advisory board of a kick-ass venture capital firm, running two marathons, one in my hometown with a dream company, to five years of TRE, the Lord has blessed me this year beyond measure and I’m eternally grateful. 2026 will be a year that I spend pursuing true fulfillment in a sustainable manner. I learned this year that no amount of success is worth the price of burn out and I found that out the hard way. And in the end, we’re all just doing the best we can. It’s your first time living life, be kind to your inner child that is still trying to figure it out. Sometimes, my life feels like a dream, but I wouldn’t want it any other way. I’m aware of how blessed I am, but also realize that I’ve created most of my own luck and you can too. You have a TRE inside of you, you just haven’t acted on it. Whether you’re successful or fail in life rests on your shoulders. And I hope that responsibility excites you. You control your own destiny! You’re one year away from your haters saying you got lucky. It’s hard to recap these last 365 days in one post. Every year, I feel like I’m at an inflection point, and this upcoming year is no different. I plan on expanding TRE in meaningful ways, and launching a new company I’ve built in private over the last three years. Through it all, God’s faithfulness and plan for my life has been nothing but extraordinary. I’m truly in awe of the goodness of God and the path he has me on. I can’t wait to see the plans He has in store for 2026. Thank you to all of you who spoke to the winner inside me before I started winning. The pressure keeps building, but luckily, I’m built for it... My 2026 is award winning | All I need to do is follow the script. Ad astra per aspera 🕊️ All glory to God. He is so good and faithful.

the ironic tragedy is that life has to be lived forward but only makes sense in reverse

Running. You either love it or you hate it, or more likely, you once hated it and now love it. Running is the sport that can bring the highest of highs, but also the lowest of lows. The sport that owes you nothing and very often gives you nothing, even after months of hard training. The sport that you’re willing to endure so much pain, pushing your body to its limits just to be a few seconds faster. The sport that takes you around the world and shows you unimaginable beauty through nature. The sport that is so complex that you don’t know where to start when things aren’t going well, yet so simple you only need a pair of shoes to participate in. The sport where your mind can run wild, but also can bring about unimaginable bordem. The sport where dreams are created and chased after. The sport where lifelong friends are forged, and memories made that are never forgotten. The sport where you get screamed at, “Run Forrest Run!” by strangers you’ll never see again. The sport that continues to change lives. Happy Global Running Day, my friends 🥂

Luke Hopkins was 12 when his dad’s accident changed everything. What came next built the work ethic that got him a full academic ride to USC and onto the start line of four Iron Mans before turning 24. But he’ll be the first to tell you: the same drive that got him here almost broke him. Luke — pro triathlete, former neuroscience major at USC, and one of the most grounded voices in endurance sport — sits down to talk about coming back from his first major injury, the identity reckoning that followed, and the difference between being intentional and taking things too seriously. In this episode: → The childhood moment that built his work ethic and the cost he’s still paying for it → Why 3 of his 4 Iron Mans didn’t go the way he wanted and why that’s the point → His thoughts on drug accusations and the hard work that got him to where he is today → The therapist conversation that changed how he defines himself → The one line from Luke that stopped me cold: “No one can beat you at being you.” Luke Hopkins: the origin story. Don’t miss it. Comment “LUKE” and I’ll send you the full episode.

25 years later, we sit down with Alan Webb. 25 years ago Alan set the HS Record in the Mile running 3:53, a record that still stands to this day. Maybe the hardest record to break in high school sports. We break down this race & the career of Alan in a way that hasn’t been done before. Comment WEBB & I’ll send you the full conversation z
