It still feels unreal to have returned after all these years, but this combination of car and rail was far less stressful than I thought it would be. And to finally attend one of the @roomescapeartist meetups was absolutely INSANE!
It was a pleasure to finally meet multiple industry friends and contacts that I’ve been meaning to for years, and to also be at the right place at the right time to meet the owner of ARGNet! Wild.
Like the American Dream Mall visit, this trip just changed the game, and has inspired me to take another major travel step this summer to push myself even further up in this industry. Stay tuned, and stay on your toes!

Oh, how I missed Hydra. Also got to finally ride Iron Menace. They really seem to love their B&Ms; no complaints here! Demon Drop was… an experience, and I look forward to returning for their haunts!
The first of two major industry stops in less than a week: the @eastcoasthaunters convention! This was looooooong overdue, and it was incredible to not only meet so many industry contacts I’ve been meaning to connect with for years, but for multiple doors to open for some wild future plans! And there was a literal EMO WITCH puppet by @vfxcreates for sale!
Thank you to @netherworldhauntedhouse Ben Armstrong for the great actor seminar, to old and new haunt friends for sharing this event with me, and to the greater haunt community for being some of the coolest people on this earth.
This, along with the second industry trip, have changed everything moving forward, and I’m excited for what is coming down the pipeline!

It finally happened... my first game at @theescapegame - Legend of the Yeti!
Never would I have thought that I'd be comfortable driving over an hour to play an escape game, let alone one that I booked only hours prior to playing! Massive travel anxiety breakthrough W!
New industry friends, new escape room teammates, such delightful staff, and just over 8 minutes left on the clock. Thank you all for being part of this journey!
After the Pinball Festival, I made a stop at @gamegallerylanghorne and let me tell you, this place delivered so much more than I expected. The pinball selection was fantastic, and the presence of both Ninja Assault and the large-screen House of the Dead 4 was such a throwback.
Once that DDR Extreme cabinet is set up, this arcade will be the pinnacle representation of my childhood. God bless this place!
It was recommended by a good friend and fellow pinball nerd that I check out the Pinball Festival this year, so I did!
Let me tell you, this place was no joke, and while I could not capture everything, it was awesome to see a few familiar machines from my childhood, as well as play a few unfamiliar ones!
I’m devastated that the new Willy Wonka and Houdini games will have to wait for another time, but I was still spoiled by this place.
It’s terror time again! Ragged Edge was temporarily retired for Axecalibur in @302frights Halfway to Halloween event! Keep an eye out for some crazy upgrades and new scenes coming this fall; this is not a haunt that you will want to miss! 🪓💀

My fellow Kahunaville/early-2000s Chuck-E-Cheese kids, get yourselves over to @thegameisafootarcade as soon as you can. This arcade is absolutely peak, and made me absolutely giddy. I’ll definitely be back soon; they have such a great selection of retro, pseudo-retro, and modern games, and I was positively spoiled!
First Maryland trip! My fellow arcade nerds… I got way more than I expected. Halloween pinball, and both Time Crisis 3 and 4? Insane. And they have dogs!! If you are in Elkton and love both pinball and shooting games, this one is for you!
Phoenixville, Part II! This time, I finally made it out to the @fundungeonbrewcade and had… a fun time! Great retro selection, including one of my childhood favorites Arctic Thunder!! Will definitely be back for karaoke soon!
Shortly after, a return to @dj_slow_movements emo night at @molly_maguires_phoenixville and it filled my emo needs for the remainder of the month! 🤘🏻💀
