1 year sober today..
This year stripped everything back and forced me to get honest with myself and really look in the mirror. I learned how to sit in the discomfort that I used to numb 24/7.
Sobriety gave me a level of clarity I’d never felt before. extremely painful at times, but necessary.
sobriety reminded me that my true passion has and will always be writing and producing music. But without that clarity, I couldn’t pick a lane. I kept changing hats, chasing new highs, holding onto the past and the baggage that came with it.
I tried to revive what was.
But this new clarity showed me it’s time to build forward. So today, I’m allowing myself to let go and turn the page.
@twoflowmusic is my new artist project , the one I’m putting my energy into and the one that finally feels true to me. I released the first record today as a collab with Sam F, a bridge between chapters as I step into this evolution of my identity and sound.
Clear mind. Same heart. If you want to follow my journey, it will be happening there.
Thank you to everyone still here and everyone who stood by me through the highs and the lows.

Super honored to share that I produced 3️⃣ songs in @overyourdeadbodymovie !!! .. it all started w @jormataccone sending me a voice memo of @karengillan saying “when I party I Fvck like this” and asked me to flip it into an abrasive techno trap banger.. somehow this became the trailer song and a whole moment in the movie and I couldn’t be more stoked/ grateful to be a part of such an epic film. Genuinely this movie is 10/10 and yall need to go see it in theaters next Friday ..
