Michael 出生於台北，在紐西蘭成長，於大學時期投入調酒工作，之後前往澳洲雪梨進精進調酒技藝。他曾任職於多家世界知名酒吧與餐廳，包括 Zeta Bar、Mr. Wong 、Palmer & Co、Eau de Vie Sydney 和 The Roosevelt，其中許多酒吧皆獲選50 Best Bars。
2015 年移居上海後，Michael 擔任多家酒吧總監超過 7 年，包括 Dentree、The Cannery、The Nest、Highline 以及 Genesis Restaurant。
他同時共同創辦了瓶裝雞尾酒新創公司 LAIBA（現更名為 Signature Cocktail Co.）。
2020 年，Michael 共同創立並推出 PAO Drinks Co.，主打以本地天然食材製作的手工汽水品牌。
2023 年 10 月，Michael 加入 SG Group，領導 SG Mission 部門，專注於顧問服務、品牌合作、產品開發等工作。
