With many years of experience in the fitness industry, TC brings energy, expertise, and heart to every session he leads. Rooted and fueled by a deep love for music, he blends rhythm, movement, and culture to create powerful, community-driven workouts that move both body and soul.
By day, Karli is an energetic educator — by night, a DJ who brings people together through music, movement, and good vibes. A community connector and fitness enthusiast, K Chedda thrives on collaboration and creating spaces that lift others up. Wherever the beat goes, positivity follows.
