My Dad loved cannoli cake. He also loved to sing Happy Birthday to his loved ones every year.

Today was #thomterrific’s 8th @sjuhawks_mbb game, just 3 weeks shy of his 4th birthday. Yes, his “Kobe Game” at Hagan Arena…right in a building where Mamba spent countless hours working on his game 30-ish years ago.
When I used to think of @kobebryant I would always harken back to the few times we crossed paths. Most specifically the one time @phil_martelli asked me to help him by rebounding for a 30 minute workout. At the time we were both 17 years young! I mostly remember the lift on his jumpers, as if there was a ladder he was climbing before every release. The session flew by. When it ended we shared a high-5 and he said “Thanks man, good luck this season!” I went on to my 2nd week of classes on Hawk Hill, he on his way to @lakers training camp. To this day I wear my @nike Kobe XI - Lower Merion to every SJU game I attend.
Nowadays when I think of KB8 I think of him as a Dad. He shared the game with his daughters in such a special way. I can only hope Thom one day realizes how special it is for me to share the game with him.

Well we lost @bobweir a few weeks ago. His spirit lives on, and Saturday night Feb 7 we celebrate through song and community @bbowlphilly !
Upstairs @instajawnofthedead and @crickets_and_cicadas will be doing the damn thing! Before (530-730p) AND After the gig (TBD, just let the magic happen!) I’ll be spinning @deadseshphl style in the downstairs bar! My portion of the evening is FREE, link to scoop tix are in my bio and will be in subsequent IG story post!
I think we can all use a night to dance and shake our bones TOGETHER because the music truly never stops!
