The FTA is officially stepping into the big leagues, playing alongside the largest names in the action sports world 💯
We’re launching the 2026 season and gearing up for major announcements, exciting upgrades to the FTA Executive Team with a new corporate structure and the rollout of the ‘gamified’ #ProFlipper Experience Points Rewards program—a whole new way for our community to be part of this incredible action sport both physically and digitally 🎮
Back in 2017, when the FTA first started, no one knew what to expect. The traditional acrobatic industry simply got rocked when a whole new DIY group of kids started taking the industry into a new direction 🙈
Today, those so-called ‘crazy’ kids are now professional “Flippers” with many brands supporting the movement and are being recognized as one of the newest action sports with a debut at the @xgames in 2025 to top it all off👏
The FTA is now in the BIG Leagues, has a new corporate structure, and everyone is invited to jump in with us for the next phase of growth for the “Sport born on Instagram” 🎥
With a complete Esports ‘Digital’ Twin launching soon, a new corporate governance structure, new event formats, new FTA country franchises, data analysts and even a new global sponsorship agency officially on board, the FTA is now ready to take the next step in building the community for the Big Leagues 💪

A fun fact about the circus: modern circus was basically invented by a horse rider, not a clown 🤡
In 1768, Englishman Philip Astley created a riding show in London where performers did tricks on horseback inside a circular ring. That circle became the classic circus ring shape because it helped riders use centrifugal force to balance during stunts. Clowns, acrobats, jugglers, and other acts were added later 🧐
So in a weird way, the circus started more like an extreme sports horse show than the big tent circus people imagine today 🎪
