For my routine, I use homemade ingredients that support healthy growth and strength:
Onion 🧅 — helps stimulate growth and reduce shedding
Flaxseed — adds slip, strengthens strands, reduces breakage
Fenugreek — supports thickness and reduces hair fall
Rosemary — improves scalp circulation for healthier growth
Essential oils — nourish the scalp and support overall hair health
Honey — locks in moisture, softens hair, adds shine
Water — hydrates and helps nutrients absorb better
Then I finish with trimming the weak ends to keep my hair strong and healthy from root to tip.
