AIS Spring Benefit Gala 2026, wearing a tie and a fitted suit for the first time in years. Of course I’m going black on black 💀. Truly an honor to be part of such a special night celebrating 40 years of AIS and supporting need-based financial aid. I’ve met so many incredible people, and it’s amazing to see that community come together like this. What made it even more meaningful was seeing the impact of this school firsthand , I have mentored students from AIS who are now out in the real world, growing and embracing new cultures. A big thank you to @betsybulat for the invitation and her generosity and for sponsoring my Chef OH experience for the auction. Her impact on AIS and the Atlanta community speaks for itself. She’s also a great friend and a huge champion of mine. Watching it go live in front of 600 guests was something I won’t forget. Throughout the night, it meant a lot having people I’ve never met come up, shake my hand, and share kind words, crack jokes and talk shit. I loved it! And seeing familiar faces I’ve cooked for over the years made it even more special. Also it’s hilarious to see parents jamming out to Jermaine Dupri like it’s 2000. Grateful, humbled, and proud to have been part of a night that raised meaningful support for such an important cause. Saluti!

6th year of Master’s week and somehow, it keeps getting bigger. This week pushed us in every direction. Multiple events, new environments, and an 80 guest dinner back to back evenings that honestly could’ve gone either way… but we executed. People came in from all over the country and we got to showcase what we do right here in Georgia. So grateful to partner up with Next Era Energy to host a Master’s party for their clients. @enaumxo @nuhkole you are amazing. And I’m extremely blessed to be part of PFA’s “Road to Atlanta” event. Thank you @thesuwaneeprincess & David for blessing us to execute with your team. We love you @homebarnetwork @nicolederickjones @courtballen @caitlin.davis13 @deenaco Wonderful job! I also have to tip my hat off to my family @_erinpruitt_ @the__captain_cooks @wanderingbeth_ and Erick for executing 100 percent. Proud of you guys. The Dream team! I’m exhausted, but more motivated than ever after this one.

Lately, we’ve just been cooking what we enjoy. We’re not stuck to one style or one menu. One day it’s Japanese fusion with otoro and hamachi. Another day it’s bolognese or carbonara. Then it’s shrimp and grits, or even Beef Wellington with bao buns. Just creating, trying things, and keeping it fun. Fuck it, honestly… that’s when it’s at its best. #therealchefohexperience

Catch me if you can. From nights like this… to St. Louis for Nine Inch Nails. Patagonia trails that reset everything. A last-minute detour to São Paulo for AC/DC with 70,000 people. Then right back into what matters 🤘🤘 Birthdays - Pookie, Ashley, Chase, Haley, Jiggy. Reunions - Christen & Brandon, the Campos family. Back in the kitchen with Chef Elissa and the Riverwood culinary program. Celebrating Pooja’s engagement. And time around the table with my people. Different cities. Same energy. #ChefOHExperience
