Exciting news, a brand new flavour salami has hit our range. Mutton Snacking Salami; made using the finest quality harissa and preserved lemons from @belazu_co and one of British farmings most under utilised meats; Mutton. Rich and zingy, with North African & Moroccan spices. We are really pleased with the flavour of these guys, they are bright with citrus but have a lovely depth from the mutton that keeps you coming back for more. We tried this recipe from @gingerpigltd after delving through one of their cookbooks and it looked too good not to try ourselves with our Dorset Nduja. It was comforting and low effort but had a huge amount of flavour. Sweet peppers blistered until jammy and caramelised, chickpeas roasted until golden, and ribbons of fiery ’nduja melting into every corner — this is one of those dishes where the oven does most of the work and rewards you generously for it.
