Could you volunteer to read with a looked-after child? Tiny Heroes supports looked-after children aged 2-4 years old to spark a lifelong love of stories. Volunteers read in pre-schools, nurseries and homes for just one hour each week, sharing stories, rhymes and songs.
Our Tiny Heroes project is expanding and we're looking to grow our volunteers, especially in the Sefton area. Full training is provided.
100% of carers said Tiny Heroes had given their child something to look forward to.

NEW TIME! This group welcomes people living with dementia, their carers, family and friends to experience the joy of Shared Reading at our home in Calderstones Park. A trained Reader Leader selects wonderful stories and poems to read aloud together. Everyone is invited to share how the words make them feel or think about, but there is no pressure to talk or read aloud.

Calderstones Park 🌿
Some weddings just hit differently and this one absolutely smashed it out the park.
From growing up around Woolton to celebrating in a place packed full of memories, these two brought so much heart into the day. Calderstones has been part of their story since childhood and getting to photograph them there felt pretty special.
No awkwardness. No overdoing it. Just two people completely buzzing to marry each other surrounded by their favourite humans. The kind of day that reminds me exactly why I love photographing weddings.
Big laughs, emotional moments, unreal energy and a dancefloor that fully delivered. Claire & Sean, you legends 👏
