Canada needs more prescribers in the psychedelic space. Patient demand for legal access to psilocybin and MDMA-assisted therapy continues to grow, but access depends on having qualified prescribers willing to support Section 56 and SAP applications. Without them, patients wait. TheraPsil's Prescriber Training is built for MDs and NPs who want a clear, clinically grounded path into this work — covering screening, contraindications, medication management, and the Canadian regulatory pathways. Two upcoming live sessions: Psilocybin Prescriber Training — Tuesday, June 2, 2–5 PM PT MDMA Prescriber Training — Tuesday, June 9, 2–5 PM PT 8 hours total. Self-paced plus live seminar and Q&A. Register at therapsil.ca/prescriber-training.

Healing happens in connection. 🍄 This Mental Health Week, we're coming together with our loved ones, our therapists, and our communities. Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy can be a meaningful part of the mental healthcare toolkit. Because Canadians deserve access to every evidence-based option and no one should face their darkest moments alone. #ComeTogetherCanada #MentalHealthWeek #TheraPsil

On March 11, MP and physician Marcus Powlowski tabled Bill C-265, a bill that could meaningfully reform Canada's Special Access Program and finally trust doctors to make clinical decisions for their patients. Second reading is May 8. That's less than two weeks away and the bill doesn't yet have government backing, which means your MP needs to hear from you now. Swipe to learn what the bill does and how to take action. MP letter at link in bio! #BillC265 #SpecialAccessProgram #HealthcareReform #Canada

TheraPsil is proud to be a community partner for the Toronto world premiere of The Next Chapter. This documentary follows adults over 55 as they enter psychedelic-assisted therapy while carrying grief, depression, anxiety, and long-unresolved pain. Following the screening, a panel of voices in mental health and psychedelic-assisted therapy will continue the conversation, with audience Q&A afterwards. John from our team will be there, and we'd love to gather with our Toronto community for the screening, the post-film panel, and the conversation that follows. 📅 Thursday, June 18, 2026 · Doors 6 PM, screening at 7 PM 📍 The Royal, 608 College Street, Toronto Tickets via Eventbrite (link in bio or therapsil.ca/events) Hope to see you there!

Do our Charter rights include access to psilocybin? Spencer Hawkswell, CEO of TheraPsil, asks the question directly, pointing to precedents like cannabis and MAiD. If Section 7 protects life, liberty, and security of the person, where does psilocybin fit?
