I had the absolute honor to visit @petalliancego and their new shelter today! If you are unfamiliar with Pet Alliance, they are a critical part of our community. They rescue, treat, and rehome thousands of animals every year, while also providing vital veterinary care and support for pet owners. Places like this rely on awareness and support, and after seeing it firsthand, it’s clear just how important their work really is.
They will be having a grand opening for the shelter this Saturday, March 28th from 12-3pm! Feel free to stop by, I will likely be there myself!

Universal invited me out to check out the new menu at Bar 17, sitting at the top of Adventura Hotel and it’s officially one of the best restaurants at Universal Orlando
The views alone would be worth the trip and now there is food to match!

Hurricane Fries — topped with a soy ginger gastrique, citrus aioli, furikake and green onion. I could not stop eating these. Seriously addictive. 10/10
Pork Belly Bao — perfectly fluffy bao bun with house made kimchi, gochujang sauce and a spicy onion salad. I came for the pork belly and left wanting a bucket of that kimchi 🤤
Japchae — one of the most refreshing dishes I’ve ever had at a theme park. Glass noodles with cold vegetables that somehow pack massive flavor. The perfect dish after a long hot day in the park
Korean Honey Toast — as someone who’s always hunting for the best desserts at theme parks, this one is in the running. The vanilla mascarpone with soy caramel is an unreal combination that’s had me dreaming about it ever since
