The Open is done. Now what? This is where most people get it wrong… They either switch off completely or panic that they made it overload volume and intensity. We don’t do either. Whether you’ve qualified for Quarterfinals or not, the next phase matters. ➡️ Top 25%? Time to compete and crush quarterfinals ➡️ Not quite there? Time to transition Next? ✅ Deload to reduce fatigue ✅ Transition week to reset movement and rebuild rhythm ✅ New cycle with clear structure, progression, and intent This is where your season is built. Not during the Open… but in what you do after it.
