A note from my heart to yours. đđŚ˘đŚFor the first time in over 20 years, we are closed for Thanksgiving. I promised you all a recording to practice with at home, so I began to look through Peacock Tv. Because we started filming during Covid in 2020, some of those videos carry the energy of that time-it seems like a century ago, and also like yesterday - you can even see me practicing in a mask. I hear myself talking about the hard moments we were all living through, about staying strong, being flexible, pivoting, reframing⌠and it struck me how much weâve walked through together.
In the Yoga for Peace in Ukraine class, our breath became a prayer. Classes recorded during wild weather, collective heaviness, and unexpected change; all heartfelt expressions of love and community.
What these recordings revealed is a truth the universe has been trying to tell us all along: we are a community that endures.
We adapt, we soften, we listen for guidance in unlikely places. We return, again and again, to the practices that keep our spirits bright, our hearts steady, our bodies healthy and open to possibility. We remember who we are.
This summer, the studio crossed its 22nd year! It is a sacred number, a symbol of foundations strong enough to hold dreams that want to grow. Some of you have been part of this sacred space from the very beginning. Youâve seen the changes of every season. Youâve shown up online, in person, in the quiet hours of the night, letting these teachings accompany you like a friend. Youâve arrived early to sit by the pond, watching the birds. All of it means something. All of it adds to the heart of this place.
When I see you in the studio, warming yourself up by the fire, cradling a cup of tea like a small ritual, offering a smile that brightens the room, I see your resilience, your softness, your fortitude. Thank you for being part of this studio, and for letting this studio be part of you.
Iâm sharing two free recordings in the link in bio ; little offerings you can return to whenever you need a gentle place to land. They are good through Sunday. Keep coming. Keep healing. Beneath everything, we are much more alike than we are different.
8,357 days since the first class.
I never imagined what this place would become. The people, the practice, the swans, the flowers, the people who keep coming back. All of it built one day at a time.
Whatever youâre building, keep going. đ

There are years that feel like a lifetime, and lifetimes that feel like a single breath. In this darkâmoon breathwork journey, we work with the waning crescent phase to clear the residue of an ending cycle- stress, old stories, and emotions the body has been carrying.
Using a twoâpart active breath, evocative music, and a traumaâaware container, youâll be guided into deep somatic release, emotional clearing, and nervousâsystem reset. Expect an activating experience that may bring insight, energetic shifts, or a sense of connection with your higher self.
Weâll weave brief meditation, journaling prompts, a dynamic breath practice, and spacious rest for integration, closing with a simple release ritual so you can symbolically lay something down before the New Moon. Youâll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more resourced. I canât wait to see you. Link in bio.
If the Peacock feels like a soft place to land, this is your invitation to settle in.
Weâve quietly opened our Annual Pass for the year. A full year of practice. In-studio, livestream, our new on-demand library. Fourteen-day early booking. A guest pass each month, because the people you love should know this place too.
Our best rate. A limited window around our move to Walla.
Swipe for the details, or come find me at the desk.
Welcome home. đ¤

I believe mothering is an action, more than a bloodline.
I watch my daughters love each otherâs children. I watched my daughter-in-law today, soothing her niece in her arms. Children handed from heart to heart. The aunties, the sisters, the friends who show up. It is all the same thing. A nurturing.
And I donât think it ever ends.
Happy Motherâs Day from all of us at the Peacock.
After 22 years of running this studio, Iâve learned that the software you use to keep the business together is rarely something you love. Itâs something you tolerate.
This morning, that changed.
Charlsie from @wallasoftware came to my yoga studio. We drank tea. We clicked through screens. We laughed. She was patient with every question I asked, and then patient with the ones I asked twice. She made the technical feel human.
And then today, these flowers. With a note. From the whole team.
I sat down and cried a little, honestly.
Because the world feels heavy right now. We are all carrying so much. And in the middle of all of it, here is a beautiful bouquet on my counter, reminding me that kindness is still here. That people are still showing up for each other. That a company can choose to do business in a way that feels like a hug instead of a transaction.
This is what I want to keep building, too, at the studio, on the farm, in every email I send. The unexpected, beautiful gesture. The note. The flowers. The reminder that we are not alone in this.
Weâre with Walla now, settling in, and the flowers on my counter feel like the perfect reflection to a really good decision.
Charlsie, thank you. For all of it. đ¸

We all have ideas quietly living inside us.
A project. A habit. A life change. A creative spark. đą
Often they sit in the background of our minds waiting for the right moment, and the right environment to grow.
The Seed Within is an interactive workshop designed to help you slow down, tune inward, and nurture the ideas ready to take root in your life.
Through reflection, somatic awareness, meaningful conversation, and a closing group hypnosis experience, youâll leave with clarity, an action plan, and deeper confidence in what youâre creating.
Bring an idea thatâs been quietly sitting in the back of your mind.
It doesnât need to be perfect, just bring your idea!
Journal + pen recommended!
Our Friday evening retreat offers three hours of reassuring mindfulness care to gently thaw from the long dark winter and awaken into the radiant energy of spring.
The first of our Spring season retreats, this reawakening evening draws on the seasonal principles of renewal, emergence, and tender new beginnings to honor the sacred balance of the equinox as we transition from inner stillness into outward bloom. Weâll call on studio favorite relaxation and healing techniques to soothe battered nervous systems, plant seeds of intention for the season ahead, and experience meaningful connection in the peace and quiet you deserve.
Retreat into the soft glow of candlelight and the warmth of community as you are guided through a thoughtful sequence of:
Restorative Yoga:Â a fully supported relaxation practice designed to gently release the tension and heaviness carried through winter, inviting your body and nervous system to soften, open, and arrive into the present moment.
Equinox Yoga Nidra:Â a deep and relaxing meditation honoring the threshold between seasons. It is an invitation to consciously release what no longer serves you and plant subconscious seeds of intention for what you are ready to call into your life this spring: clarity, courage, growth, joy, vitality, trust.
Spiritual Herbalism:Â a sensory activity drawing on the wisdom of plants and the season, not to consume but use in spiritual practice!
Guided Fire Ceremony:Â welcome the new season with a sacred and simple ritual using herbs and fire to honor endings and new beginnings by releasing the old.
Â
Nature Sound Healing Shavasana with Reiki:Â drift into deep restoration as healing soundscapes align you with the natural world, while Reiki Masters offer gentle energetic support and healing touch.
Plus: aromatherapy and complimentary refreshments to nourish body and spirit.
Join Liz and Leslie for a reassuring experience of connection, loving awareness, and peaceful wellbeing. #restorativeyoga #yoganidra #spiritual #herbalism #fireceremony đĽ
