I thought yall should hear my poem from my mouth so here you are; The Art of Noticing Life at 22 <3 with all my love, m.j. • • • • • i’m trying to take in my space more. My friend’s typing how the trees make the shade Or the album playing on the speaker that was made by a friend. i’m noticing my own hands and how they feel when they touch the back of my neck. I love noticing. I love how crossword answers sound coming out of their mouth or how perfect his cone looks when he’s rolling and how i love watching him give me a buzz I love how I love yous slip out of their mouths, the grinding weed with my fingers, so easily with it with a little left for next time. I love noticing.
