Thereās resilience, vulnerability, and a quiet kind of pride stitched into this journey ā one of the most grounding experiences of my life, teaching me patience week after week, testing me, strengthening me in parts, mind and body slowly learning to trust each other.
Even on days I couldnāt move, I showed up, watched, took notes, and let that space hold me until I could hold myself again. Somewhere between the bruises and the breakthroughs, Iām finding her again ā the one who loved to dance, who watched others go upside down in awe, the part of me that still believes in trying.
Itās strengthening me not just in body but in spirit, bringing back movement, discipline, belonging, and a quiet anchor Iāve always longed for. I can spot a hundred faults in this video, but then I will go back, refine, and grow, session after session.
Filmed on March 6, 2026, during the last session of my beginnerās camp at
@thepolecamp ā a soft reminder of how far just showing up can take me, and of everything still waiting to unfold.
