Last Friday, our team joined fellow Lark Award recipients at the California Endowment for sound baths, stretching, massages, tea making, and honest conversation about what it actually takes to care for ourselves. 🌊
Thank you to The Durfee Foundation for including PLUS ME Project in the 2025 Lark cohort, an investment in our team's replenishment so we can keep showing up for youth.
IMPACT 2026 scholarship applicants gathered at our Storytelling Center last Saturday for the IMPACT Link-Up.
The highlight was an alumni panel featuring Lorenzo Flores (USC), Hanna Corona (UC Berkeley), and Jimena Castaneda (Yale), who shared how their PLUS ME experience shaped their college journeys: the confidence to keep sharing their story, the connections that followed, and a sense of community that stayed with them. ✨
Next week, we announce this year's scholarship recipients. Reserve your seat at the link in bio to celebrate their stories at IMPACT 2026.

This month, leaders from Stella High Charter Academy, Central City Neighborhood Partners, Masada Community Mental Health, and Southeast Community Development Corporation spent two days with us for Bringing Stories to Life, our training designed to help educators build a storytelling culture with the youth they serve.
Participants left with a framework, a community of peers, and a clearer sense of how to bring storytelling into the spaces where they serve youth.
