A little ode to where we've been living while the Living & Dining Room project is underway: The Pixie in Rye, East Sussex. We feel so lucky to have somewhere to escape the dust — a space of our own while the reno takes shape, and in such a special house too. Mum’s beautifully wonky Tudor home is all charm and cosy luxury: two double bedrooms with ensuite baths, exposed beams, soft light, and views that drift down Rye’s High Street. It’s been the loveliest place to stay — mornings with coffee by the window, evenings sprawled across the sofas, and inspiration for our home everywhere you look (Mum definitely has The Eye).
