You aren’t going to create more time by believing that there isn’t enough of it. We cannot fix a problem with the same thinking that created it. If you want to have more time you first have to change your relationship with the time you have. When you stop seeing it as scarce your perception of it changes. Being present in your body and noticing how you feel viscerally slows time down. Once you’ve shifted your perception you are more able to manage your time in a way that supports the creation of your goals.
