I have a theory.
The more scraped your car rims are, the more likely we are to be friends.
Because it means youâre out here living.
Trying.
Parking in tight spots.
Doing your best.
Mine are definitely scraped.
Welcome home. đ¤
Tell me in the comments⌠how are your rims looking?
Thereâs one shift that completely changed how I approach the holidaysâand no, itâs not more planning, more cooking, or more perfection.
Itâs actually the opposite.
This episode was inspired by a beautiful comment from Karmen (with a K đ) asking what a minimalist holiday reallylooks like for an overachiever. And my answer? It starts with a single question: âWhat do I want to feel?â
This video is for anyone whoâs tired of burning out before dinner is even served.
đĄ Inside I share:â¨â˘ My actual plan for delegating holiday dishes (yes, thereâs a spreadsheet)â¨â˘ Why white space is the ultimate luxuryâ¨â˘ How to host without losing yourself
Watch now, and letâs make this the year of less doing, more being.

If youâve ever wished for someone to guide you, to share the real stuff, to hold your hand through the process⌠I hope you find that here. đŤ
Because weâre not just making our homes beautifulâweâre making them feel like home.

Sunlight, fresh linens, and a quiet moment to yourself â proof that creating a beautiful home doesnât take a team of people. Just you, a little intention, an iron ( @laurastarusa )and a basket of laundry. â¨
Because around here, the everyday moments are the special occasionsâŚ
No staff required. đ§şâď¸
This season, weâre reclaiming what holiday magic really means.
Itâs not about the perfect tree or the Pinterest-level table â itâs about presence.
Itâs the warmth of candlelight after a long week.
The joy of giving.
The quiet power of tradition, chosen on your terms.
And the comfort of knowing that cozy, messy, meaningful moments count.
Because when we gather with intention â around a table, under twinkle lights, or with a sleepy pup by the fire â weâre doing more than decoratingâŚ
Weâre rooting ourselves in joy. Who else is ready to start decorating?
Bags packed, heart full⌠Iâm off from Los Angeles to Paris tonight! đşđ¸âď¸đŤđˇ The City of Light is calling, and from there Iâll be heading south for something truly magical. đżđ
This trip isnât just about travelâitâs the beginning of a new journey I canât wait to share with you. Soon, Iâll be unveiling lifestyle retreats with @lesmanibelles designed to inspire, connect, and celebrate the good life. đ

Once upon a time, I was stumbling out of the club at 7:50AM⌠now Iâm in the car wash with two dogs and 10,000 steps already logged.
Back then it was bass drops and bottle service. Now itâs bubble jets and barking in surround sound. Growth? Absolutely. Regrets? Only that I didnât bring snacks (jk of course I brought snacks!).
Welcome to the new morning rave: no cover charge, just vanilla almond tea, 2 Berniedoodle puppies, and a little existential joy on the rinse cycle.

Thatâs because I am. â¨
It didnât happen overnight, but something shiftedâand Iâm finally feeling more me than I have in years. Iâve been working on building a life that feels like home from the inside out, and I canât wait to start sharing exactly how I got here.
From little rituals that saved my mornings to the mindset shift that changed everything, itâs all coming soon. Letâs build our happiest livesâtogether. đŤ

This is the hardest news we have ever had to share, it has taken us months to find the strength. At the end of March we had to say goodbye to our dear Baxter, we miss him so much and we have written the following words to honor his memory. Baxter, our prince! You were and will always be an icon, a legend. The sweetest, the softest, the kindest, the most joyful, the most loving, creature that weâve ever met. You were and will always be one of the best gifts weâve been given. (If you met him, you know what weâre saying.)
When we brought you home, you were timid, a little scared, but full of kind curiosity.
We had you to ourselves for the first year and then we brought Brighton home. You were always so kind and gentle to Brighton. His early life wasnât so pleasant, so his edges needed smoothing by way of love, which you showed him â and us â and really everyone else so endlessly.
Even with your babies (toys), you were so gentle, loving, and kind. You took care of them, nurtured them, played with them, and kept them safe.
You traveled on planes, trains, and automobiles all over this country with ease and grace. You moved from the cottage in LA to the apartment in NYC and back again. Then to Santa Barbara and most recently to Palm Springs. You kept us warm and calm everywhere.
Your favorite place was the beach with a ball. Not always knowing where it was, but on a mission to find it wherever it landed.
We will be forever grateful for the 14 years we got to spend with you and will truly cherish the memories, the love, the snuggles, the sweetness you gave to us. We struggle to find the words to honor what you mean to us and the impact that you made on our lives and those around us. We love you so very much. We always will and youâll forever be with us.
We know youâre now on a beach in heaven, playing ball and smiling.
Our sweet, sweet, baby boy. We love you! Rest in peace our dearest Baxter. - Your Daddies
