We made this account in 2022 to document our journey from engaged couple to family life as a New Years resolution. Looking back on 2021, we found that, not only did we not have pictures of our wonderful adventure, but we also haven’t documented our biggest milestones and have nothing to look back to. 2022 is bringing us some of the happiest moments of our life. This was definitely one of the most unforgettable experiences of this trip. Both Manny and I agree that it’s our favourite part of our whole honeymoon. The views were impeccable and racing on quad bikes towards the Mayon 😍 unbeatable.
We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Bicol but don’t be like us and wear a face covering and huge sunglasses to protect your eyes. Otherwise, you’ll end up like the last picture 😂 We inhaled so much dust that I don’t think my lungs have recovered yet!

Life has been hectic lately and finding time to keep our house in top shape has been a challenge. It’s hard when we’re constantly working, but we’re thankful for the opportunities we have. As someone who grew up with the expectation of a perfectly spotless home at all times, messy environments can be overwhelming. But I’m learning to let go of that expectation and understand that it’s okay to have days where our energy is low and rest is needed. Some days we just need to focus on ourselves and that’s enough. The cleaning will get done and the house will be tidy, but taking care of ourselves should always be a priority.
