Happy Easter, Howlers!
@alexholycross_howl here.
With this joyous day comes some beautiful truths, and some harsh realities.
Doing music as a career is difficult. Touring is difficult. Being away from loved ones is difficult. Being creative and jamming tunes under the umbrella of a business is difficult. Trailblazing a new genre is difficult.
Mark Chandler and Zachary Bolling have weathered every storm with me (for 11 years, and 7 years, respectively), and we have shared so much triumph and accomplished so much together. Iāve known them as friends and brothers for over 20 years now!
They both have decided to step back from the touring lifestyle to focus on family, other pursuits/interests, and a change of pace; and I respect their decisions, just as I know all you Howlers will. I cannot express how much I love these boyys, and how proud I am of how far weāve come together, thus far. It goes without saying that we all love each other and want nothing but the best for each other. And if you want to keep up with Zach-o and Chan-manās other music, please check out
@ancientchaosofficial for some good olā fashioned classic Heavy Metal!
My dear banjo-slinginā brother
@jacob_panic_thenativehowl and I are officially calling out for auditions: touring and potentially full-time band bassists and drummers! To start the process, please message The Native Howl or email me at
[email protected]
We love you all! And to Chan and Zach, we love you, and youāll always be Howl family! (Messages from the both in comments š¤š¤šŗšØ)
Jacob and I look forward to holding auditions, and to this next chapter in Howl History!
Happy Easter! Awhoooooo!!!! šŗš¤
