Going into the new year stronger, fitter, happier and healthier than before.
The picture on the left was taken of me in May of 2023 and on the right is me now. Some hours in the gym, eating much better options(pretty hard on a ship) and actively changing the way I look at exercise. I've ever started running!? Which I've never been able to do.
