Well, it’s finally happened. 2 years of escaping it and COVID has finally managed to weasel its way in just in time for Christmas. 🎄 Bloomin RUBBISH.
So this means we’ve got 10 days wandering up and down 57ft of tin and enduring a second Christmas Day as just a duo on the boat! 🚤 Not the greatest news but we’ll embrace it.
So. Cheers to 10 days of no escaping the other half and getting our way through the symptoms 🦠 I am PRAYING for the taste buds to stay 👅 - no one wants a flavourless roast dinner no matter how crunchy the roasties are!

M is for MELTING. 🥵
As much as I love boat life this heat is HOT! And being stuck inside a tin can on days as hot as these I feel like I am cooking! I’ve already had 2 cold showers today. 🚿
Today I am thankful for the fridge we didn’t have this time last year and providing me with all of the ice creams 🙏
