Activism comes in many forms. It can be quiet or loud, in person or online, in a crowd or individually. What matters is having compassion and empathy for the pain and struggles that affect so many, and as @gretathunberg says, to act. We all have different abilities and capacities to act and give back or pay forward. I hear it all the time from people - posting on social media does nothing. Protesting does nothing. Speaking up does nothing. I have to admit, it stings, because I truly believe every action, no matter how small, does make a difference. How small is a grain of sand? But put many together and you get a beautiful beach that can handle the force of the ocean's tide. So ignore the naysayers and join me on the beach. And hopefully someday we'll make a difference that not even the biggest doubters can deny 💖
