‘RED’ was originally supposed to be the first part of a bigger project for Motus. However, due to injury and the circumstances I’ve decided to release it as a final farewell from myself to The Motus Projects.
I realised that throughout my time in Motus, I let my fear of not seeing myself as ‘good enough’ cause me to take a backseat in our projects, and hide away from the camera.
I created ‘RED’ to show how something as little as hair dye, really made me feel like myself. Not only did it bring me confidence in who I am, but also in my training.
And, If you know anything about how I currently look, you’ll have a good idea of the concept of my next video.
But, for now this goodbye from me.

It's been no secret that Motus hasn't had an easy couple of years, and I've often thought this day would probably come.
However, I never expected this day to feel positive, full of relief and excitement for the future. I cannot thank @storror enough for presenting an opportunity where the core staff of Motus can continue what we're all passionate about while still connected to the sport we love so much.
My biggest fear was the whole thing falling apart, leaving friends in awful situations with no jobs and myself needing to take work 'anywhere,' resulting in an inevitable detachment from the sport I've been involved with for close to 20 years.
While we will all miss running Motus, we all feel it is in parkour's best interest and our own personal careers to take this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
To everyone who's purchased from us, watched a video or even just shared an Instagram post. You were the lifeblood of The Motus Projects.
To the artists and creatives who have lent their skills to the brand over the years, we simply couldn't have released so many amazing products without you.
To the gyms, organisations & friends who have hosted us, our events and the inevitable chaos that followed the team, your generosity will not be forgotten.
To our athletes, many of which dedicated their prime athletic years to the brand, I will forever be grateful for the faith you put into Motus and whatever wild idea I would convince you all to do.
Motus shouldn't have ever made it this far, and it's a testament to the strength of the parkour community that it did.
I'm incredibly excited for the future, but for now, it's goodbye from The Motus Projects.
