I was so grateful to have this opportunity to memorialize Daisy the jumping spider! It was my first time working with a jumping spider, I gutted her abdomen to ensure the abdomen does not rot in time. Jumping spiders are my absolute favorite, and she’s stunning 🤩 This piece was decorated with preserved moss, ferns, mushrooms, shelf mushrooms, lichen branches, usnea, flowers and of course daisies.
