Someone commented this on my tweet a while ago and I won’t lie, it stung…ALOT I know I often come off as the happy go lucky type or like things don’t affect me and that’s usually true, because I know that negativity comes from people’s nasty insides; but I am human. I’d totally forgotten about the comment until I saw the Vogue feature. Not saying the feature validates me as a model, but it sure as h*ll feels good. To all current and aspiring models or creatives in general, people will talk, comment and project. Don’t let that affect you or your work. Create, put it out in the world and all that’s meant for you will come in due time. Thank you all for your continued love and support; it means more than you’ll ever know. Happy valentine’s day šŸ¤ŽšŸ¤Ž

What you wear on your feet, doesn’t stay at your feet. Your shoes affect how your ankles move, how your knees absorb force, and how your body carries itself over time. And because most people rotate the same pairs… those small effects compound. How we age is often hidden in the things we barely think about. Have you ever noticed certain shoes affect how your body feels?

You don’t move your ankles enough and your body eventually pays for it. If your feet or lower legs constantly feel stiff, heavy, or tired, lack of ankle mobility and movement could be part of the problem. Simple circles like this help improve circulation, reduce stiffness, and keep the joints moving well. Small movements make a real difference.

Hydration isn’t just about thirst. It affects your energy, your joints, and how your body functions day to day. Small habits like drinking water even when you don’t think you need it quietly shapes how you age inside and out

Most people don’t realize how much their breathing affects everything. It’s literally the foundation of life. Shallow breathing keeps the body in a tense, low-level stress state. Simple resets like this help your nervous system relax, improve oxygen flow, and reduce unnecessary tension. Start here. Your body will feel the difference. #thisismufti #movewithmufti

Most people don’t think about how they breathe. But shallow, chest-dominant breathing is one of the quiet ways the body stays in a constant low-level stress state. Over time, that affects posture, increases tension, and limits how well your body actually recovers. Breathing well isn’t just about relaxation. It’s about how your nervous system regulates, how your body moves, and especially how you age. Every breath you take is shaping how your body functions long-term. Have you noticed how you breathe?
