I’ve made this illustration for @ogaleria ‘s collective exhibition, “Spoonful of Happy”. Being Christmas time, thinking comfort food, and reading “spoonful”, immediately took me to my favorite activity of the season - making Bolinhos de bacalhau with my mom the morning of 24th (and eating them warm and crispy, of course) 💛
This year I collaborated with @cervejamusa on their Cold Cold XMAS campaign ❄️ I designed a beer bottle label, packaging, a can opener, socks and a beanie.
Musa got together with @just.a.change and will be donating part of the proceedings to help warm up houses all over Portugal. As they say, homes shouldn’t be as cold as beer. Perfect christmas gift 💝

Last month, I was a part of @festivalfenda in Braga, Portugal, and I’m still feeding off the energy I brewed there. My experience painting murals was almost nonexistent (and long gone), but I feel like I unlocked a new level in my personal practice. Every day of that week, I woke up thrilled to go back to the wall. Sure, the body starts complaining after a few days in the awkward positions I usually go for, but I felt lighter than I have in a while. No computers in sight, barely touching the phone, sun shining, great tunes in my headphones, and painting away. It was nice to get real-time feedback from passers-by and neighbours, and feel how grateful they were to have some color infused into their everyday bus stop. Also, having a cozy bed, amazing meals, a kickass team, and a group of super-talented artists to mingle with was the cherry on top of the cake ❤️
