💭 🧘🏼 Alchemystica is a community of artists & healers that collectively share their personal alchemical process of expressing + integrating through introspection. The main goal is to combine mental health awareness, showcase holistic medicine modalities, fund sustainability development and dance to organic deep house grooves with mystical melodies.
🌸 Saturday May 11th, we will guide participants through breathwork & sound healing using metal Himalayan bowls and binaural frequencies by founder @bastiansedj@holisticalchemyst
🪩 The purpose of this project it to merge the community of healing into music, and make dancing a sacred activity again, breaking the stigma of “house + drugs for escape” into integrating the present moment through complementary alternative medicine
