We rarely weigh in on “industry drama,” but as we celebrate being the #1 team in Alachua County for the second year in a row, we wanted to offer our perspective on why we share these numbers. In our office, we don’t view these stats as a trophy. We view them as context. Why would you treat it any differently? The reality of the Florida market today is sobering: Roughly 70% of agents sold zero homes last year. About 90% sold fewer than ten. The Mills Group sold nearly 200. That gap isn’t about ego, it’s about compounded experience. When you do 200 deals in a year, you aren’t just “in the market.” You are the market.
