Important Notice
Due to a large level of interest in this exhibition, we are expecting rather more entries than usual. So that The Mill is not swamped with more entries than we have space to hang, we are limiting submissions as follows:
No more than TWO entries per person.
Maximum size including frame 40x50cm.
We apologise for the late change. We hope to accept entries through from Tuesday 19 May to Sunday 24 May, but be advised we may have to close for submissions earlier, if we reach the maximum number it’s possible to hang.

Press & Print: Pop-Up Printmaking Studio for young people. (12 - 16 years)
6 week course with @emmabondillustration
Mondays, 15 June - 20 July. 6pm - 8pm.
A welcoming, creative space for young people (12-16 years) to explore printmaking at their own pace, through playful experimentation and hands-on making.
This is a relaxed pop-up studio where participants can try out ideas, build skills, and develop confidence working with print. Sessions combine guided introductions with plenty of time for independent making, allowing space for curiosity, experimentation, and personal direction
We will work with professional materials, portable printing presses, and hand-printing techniques. Exploring a range of printmaking processes, including monoprinting, collagraph and tetrapak printmaking.
No prior experience is needed, just curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and a love of working with your hands. Suitable for anyone with a creative interest!

CALLOUT FOR ARTISTS!
You are invited to submit up to three works of art to our very first Summer Exhibition. Like the more famous Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, there is no theme – just submit something you would like to show. Unlike the Royal Academy, we will almost certainly show your work!
We warmly welcome and encourage participation from artists of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
Submissions week is 19 May - 24 May. You must live or work in Waltham Forest to submit work.
The exhibition will be on display at The Mill from Tuesday, 2 June to Saturday, 8 August 2026.
