Michael Conley is an American writer and performer based in England. He has written many musicals: THE SORROWS OF SATAN, THE LITTLE BEASTS, PERSONALITY, THE FABULIST FOX SISTER, INDECENT PROPOSAL and SUPERHERO (Winner of the 2018 Off West End Award) and the play THE CANCELLATION OF CRISPIN COX, as well as English adaptations of the French Musicals LE PRINCE ET LE PAUVRE and MATCHES. Works in development: the musicals SATANIC PANIC and UNDERTAKING BETTY, the opera THE QUEEN OF THE SEA and the plays 7 PAGES IN THE 83RD VOLUME OF THE PHS FLASHLIGHT, TARTUFFE IN TEXAS, JESSE JESSE JESSE, FOR DAISY WHEN YOU’RE OLDER and A GAY DIVORCE. As an actor, he has appeared in THE FABULIST FOX SISTER (Southwark Playhouse and Le Crazy Coqs in London and Green Room 42 in New York), THE CANCELLATION OF CRISPIN COX (Online) and RED RIDING HOOD (The Astor Theatre in Deal).
