There are a few moments in your career you just never forget…this was mine!! 🥹 It’s a big, long, bumpy road from trailer parks and trauma to Jumbotrons and red carpets. But God has been with me every step. 👣 Selling my first company at 24 (after starting it with just $93) felt good. 🥹 But knowing that I now get to help other people experience their own “THANK YOU JESUS” moments means the most. 🌈Life is precious. 💕People are special. 🥰Don’t forget that you’re created for a purpose…for such a time as this. 🤩Use your voice. Share your message. 🎥Believe the best of others. And don’t be afraid to “get your hopes up!” 😍XO - Rachel #themccordlist #purposedrivenwoman #livewithpurpose #shareyourstory

On Today’s Episode of The McCord List Rachel McCord sits down with Dr. Michael K. Newman for a heartfelt conversation about purpose, transformation, and the emotional impact of helping people feel confident in themselves again. In this episode, Dr. Newman opens up about what truly motivates his work each day. Beyond the procedures themselves, the greatest reward comes from seeing people genuinely happy, peaceful, and transformed after years of insecurity or emotional struggle. Unlike many areas of medicine where progress can take months or years to fully see, this field offers something uniquely immediate. The ability to witness life changing transformation within hours and to experience the emotional reactions that follow when patients finally see themselves differently. But at its core, this conversation is about much more than appearance. It is about confidence. Self esteem. Joy. And the deep fulfillment that comes from helping people reconnect with themselves in a more positive and hopeful way. This episode is a powerful reminder that purpose often comes from using your gifts to bring healing, happiness, and hope to other people’s lives. 📺 Watch now on Apple TV, Amazon, Roku, Samsung, Spotify, iHeart, and The McCord List TV #TheMcCordList #DrMichaelKNewman #Transformation #Confidence #PurposeDriven #Healing #PersonalGrowth #SelfEsteem #TheMcCordList

✨ A perspective shift to sit with today For Today’s Drama… The Relationship You Have With Yourself. We spend so much of life focusing on our relationships with other people that we often overlook the one relationship shaping all the others… the relationship we have with ourselves. In this episode of The Drama Diet, we explore the powerful idea that external relationships often mirror what is happening internally. The places where we feel disconnected, unfulfilled, unseen, or uncertain within ourselves can quietly show up in the dynamics we experience with others. This conversation invites a deeper kind of self awareness. One that goes beyond surface level growth and asks us to honestly look at all parts of ourselves, including the shadows, insecurities, and hard truths we often avoid. Because true healing is not just about understanding others. It is about understanding yourself. We also explore the importance of silence and creating space to actually hear your own inner voice. The whispers of your soul that are often drowned out by noise, distractions, expectations, and constant external input. And when you begin listening to yourself more honestly, something shifts. You become more fulfilled internally. More grounded in your needs. More aware of your boundaries. And instead of constantly pouring from depletion, you begin showing up for others from a place of overflow. Because the relationship you build with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship in your life. 📺 Now streaming on The McCord List — Apple TV • Amazon • Roku • Samsung • Spotify • iHeart #TheDramaDiet #SelfAwareness #HealingJourney #InnerWork #PersonalGrowth #Boundaries #EmotionalWellness #TheMcCordList

A reminder from this moment Growth will often change the way people experience you. And while that shift can feel uncomfortable, it does not mean you are becoming selfish, difficult, or wrong. From a mindset and self awareness perspective, many people spend years prioritizing the comfort, expectations, and emotional needs of others while quietly disconnecting from themselves in the process. So when growth begins to happen, people notice. You may start setting boundaries more clearly. Speaking more honestly. Protecting your energy differently. Choosing yourself in situations where you once would have abandoned your own needs just to keep the peace. And not everyone will immediately understand that version of you. But personal growth is not about making yourself easier for others to manage. Sometimes it is about finally allowing yourself to exist more truthfully and more fully. Because changing how others experience you is not always a sign that something is wrong. Sometimes it is evidence that you are finally no longer losing yourself to keep everyone else comfortable. 📺 Watch the full conversation on The McCord List on Amazon, Apple, Roku, and Samsung #SelfAwareness #HealingJourney #MindsetShift #EmotionalWellness #PersonalGrowth #InnerWork #TheMcCordList

Episode 17 of The Drama Diet is here!! 🎬✨ In this grounding and perspective shifting episode, Meg Tuohey shares a powerful reminder about the importance of making space each day for the things that reconnect you to yourself. She reflects on how engaging in what you genuinely love is not just enjoyable, it is deeply nourishing. It fuels your energy, reconnects you with your identity, and helps create a sense of coherence that can positively shape the rest of your day. This conversation also explores the idea that growth is not about perfection. It is about consistency. About learning how to carry that grounded feeling for longer periods of time, even while navigating the realities of everyday life. Meg shares why aiming for 80% instead of perfection can be one of the healthiest mindset shifts we make. Because being human means we will naturally move in and out of focus, balance, and alignment. And that is okay. At its core, this episode is a reminder that fulfillment often begins in the small daily moments that bring you back to yourself and that progress matters far more than perfection ever will. 🎬 Now streaming on Apple TV • Spotify • Roku • Samsung TV • Amazon Fire TV • Apple Podcasts • iHeartRadio • The McCord List TV #TheDramaDiet #MegTuohey #MindsetShift #PersonalGrowth #SelfAwareness #MentalWellness #Authenticity #TheMcCordList

A truth to sit with today So many people move through life believing they need to earn the right to feel worthy. Worthy of love. Worthy of confidence. Worthy of being fully seen. From a mindset and self awareness perspective, society often teaches people to tie their value to appearance, age, size, ability, gender, or how closely they fit into expectations created by others. And over time, those messages can quietly shape the way people see themselves. But the truth is, every person deserves to feel good about who they are and move through life knowing they are worthy of love, connection, and acceptance exactly as they are. Not once they change. Not once they become “more.” Not once they fit someone else’s idea of enough. Confidence is not selfish. Feeling good about yourself is not arrogance. And self worth is not something reserved only for certain people. Sometimes healing begins the moment you stop asking whether you deserve to take up space and finally allow yourself to believe that you already do. Because your worth was never something you had to prove. It was always there. 📺 Watch the full conversation now on The McCord List on Amazon, Apple, Roku, and Samsung #DearDrCharryse #SelfWorth #Confidence #PersonalGrowth #SelfAwareness #HealingJourney #Authenticity #TheMcCordList
