This weekend was a whirlwind. My first time in NYC, seeing our film LAST TOUR HOME premiere at the SoHo International Film Festival, spending time with my family and friends who came out to support…what a privilege. I’ll be processing this one for a while.
I want to say a massive thank you to Baylee Toney and Myles Clohessy of @firesidefilmco for the opportunity to act in this story, to my mom and pops for making the trek from Mississippi for this occasion, to my amazing friend and manager @theionamaclean for always giving so much of herself for her artists, to one of my closest friends @toridanner for flying to New York to surprise me, to a brother @lukecharlesstafford for literally wrapping the filming of his own movie and rushing to make it to the screening of mine, to @simmisingh for her friendship and support, and to all who have encouraged and supported me along this journey. It truly means the world!

Man, what a ride! We wrapped up filming our movie this week, and it will remain an experience that will be burned into my heart and mind.
