Tuesday Evening Darkroom Sessions - Film Processing
Tuesday 15th July
6-8pm
Process up to two rolls of black and white at the Margate School Darkroom. The session is aimed at those with previous experience of film processing but with full technical support on hand to guide you through the process. Doors are open from 5.30 for a 6pm start.

The 2024/25 cohort of the Still & Moving Image course at The Margate School have made something unique for their graduate exhibition.
Ranging from political commentary and satire, existential bittersweet musings and the sublime in all its wonderous visual simplicity, and yet, emotional complexity.
Much of the work is connected in some way to Margate. There is a power in making art about what you know and feel. This isn’t so much local art for local people, they’ve tapped into something broader, something we all know in our bones: that we are connected.
Some of the videos and photography projects took over a year to make. And here they are, distilled into a moment for you. These art works are a labour, an odyssey, a quest. They were all looking for something, and hopefully as you will attest, they found what they were looking for.
