POV: you’re building a fashion brand with more vision than budget.
Truthfully, we had absolutely no budget to shoot this campaign. Every penny we had went into developing the collection, producing stock and bringing MANA to life.
Just a few weeks after losing my brother, this shoot wasn’t even something we planned to do. Two days before, we decided to pull everything together and just go for it.
So many incredible people stepped in to help us make it happen.
Beautiful makeup by
@sineadmcmahonmakeup , hair by the amazing
@thecabin.bycearaglass , friends stepping in to model pieces for us, the incredible team at
@cabracastlehotel looking after us so warmly and allowing us to shoot in such a special place to us in Ireland.
Two unbelievably talented Irish creatives, Meagan from
@houseoflumen_ and Niamh from
@niamh.media , captured everything so beautifully for us through photography and video.
And then, completely unexpectedly, a family friend arranged a vintage car for us to use in the shoot, something we never planned for and honestly could not believe, especially with the weather being so bad. This totally blew me away.
Without all of these people, this campaign simply would not have happened.
The weather absolutely tested us it poured rain all day but as my husband
@conleth_kaizen always says, constraints drive creativity. And somehow, despite everything, the shots turned out even better than we could have imagined.
Sometimes the world can feel like a hard place, but this experience reminded us just how much goodness there still is in people. We honestly couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who pulled together to help us bring this vision to life. 🤍
