Happy Tuesday Folks! As mentioned in my last post, I'm hosting a virtual magic show this Saturday at 6P EDT, and you're invited. You'll be able to enjoy from the comfort of your home via Zoom. It's gonna be cool. This will be a family friendly show, so rally the kids together so they can be mesmerized too.
Don't already have Zoom? No worries, you can download it for free for IOS and Android devices. No account is necessary. If you prefer to watch via your computer without the Zoom software, I'll also share a direct link that you can use in your browser.
If interested, LMK in the comments below by Friday and I'll share the access info with you midday this Saturday.

Yep, you read it correctly. I'm hosting a family friendly virtual magic show on July 18th at 6PM (sharp) EST. Noooooo, I'm not doing any magic. There will be a real, live magician handling all of that. It's gonna be really cool though. I saw this guy perform and he is REALLY good. Mark your calendars and stay tuned for more info. I'll be sharing the Zoom information to those who are interested.

This event features 5 instructors delivering 5 different classes to satisfy the fitness enthusiast in you. Here's the lineup:

This event is open to anyone, and I challenge all of my former Cardio Fusion followers from the days of Bally, Crunch, and SportsLife to come see if you can still hang with me (LOL). Feel free to take as few or as many classes as you like. As indicated from the lineup, it all starts at 7P TONIGHT! MADD-X (formerly Cardio Fusion) jumps off at 10P.
This is a donation event, so there's no set cost to participate. Feel free to contribute any amount you like (e.g. $5, $7, $10, $20, etc.).
I realize this is a late notification; however, you have plenty of time to prepare as we'll be fit-partying it up until 11P. When you arrive, be sure to park near and enter through the main mall entrance. If you arrive after 9P or plan to leave after 9P, this will be the only open entrance as the mall closes at 9P.
