This will be the only solo show I do this year.
Until this lovely invite I had no intention of revisiting my last few records. (I’ve been working solidly on a new book/album ) … BUT this is such a beautiful opportunity to bid a fond farewell to the songs from those 3 albums (A Quickening, HOP UP and Loja).
A special concert to honor a special invitation. More details to follow on how I actually do that.

We are a part of @warchilduk presents Secret 7” this year.
To support all their incredible work to help children living through war, we invite you to design a bespoke record cover for “No Kind Words”.
The winning 7” designs will be pressed on vinyl, in a limited run of 100, each with completely original sleeve design.
All records will be exhibited at a free exhibition @180.studios .
No Kind Words has never had its standalone physical release, so your work will be a missing part of the catalogue.

We’ll be playing two intimate warm up shows this July ahead of our UK tour. These are very likely to be the only indoor Maccabees shows of the year. We have great memories of both venues over the years and can’t wait to be back.
