We’re so excited to share this preview of our new video with you– an illustration of our story and the work we’re doing to Connect Dallas to Dallas. (Head to our link in bio to watch the full video on Youtube!) The Loop Dallas is uniting our city with a 50-mile run, walk and bike trail through Dallas’ urban core, joining 39 miles of existing trails with 11 miles of newly built trails. A catalyst for economic and physical mobility, it’s a lifeline between communities—connecting people to public transportation, walkable green space and one another. Connecting our city north, south, east and west by trail for the first time— peppered with amenities like mountain bike trails, art and beautiful gathering spaces. As Dallas continues to grow and attract new businesses and residents, investing in a state-of-the-art transportation system connecting neighborhoods throughout the city is one of the most important investments we can make for our residents for generations to come. The Loop Dallas is a shared public asset that’s making green space a part of our city’s identity, connecting communities and changing the way people move through them. We look forward to all of the progress and milestones ahead! #ConnectingDallastoDallas

After four long years of planning and design, we're closing The Loop Dallas! Building off the investments of many neighborhood trails you know and love, The Loop Dallas is a 50-mile walk and bike trail linking communities north, south, east and west. Dallasites will be able to explore nature in the Great Trinity Forest, grab a coffee in Uptown, birdwatch by White Rock Lake and grab a bite to eat at the Design District all without the use of a car! To keep up with how and why we are building a 50-mile trail in the urban core, please follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn and sign up for our emails on TheLoopDallas.org. We will be regularly updating our accounts and look forward to hearing about how we can make The Loop more impactful for Dallas residents! #ConnectingDallastoDallas

From awards night to the pages of D CEO 📖✨ We’re proud to see members of The Loop Dallas board and leadership featured in @dceomagazine ’s May 2026 issue, celebrating this year’s Commercial Real Estate Awards—an evening that brought together the leaders, deals and projects shaping the future of North Texas. Among an incredible group of honorees, The Loop Dallas received the Community Impact Award for The Trinity Forest Spine Trail phase II—recognition of the power of connectivity to transform how our city moves, gathers and grows. It’s an honor to be included alongside so many visionaries driving Dallas forward. And this moment in print is a reminder: the work is real, the impact is lasting and the vision is being experienced across Dallas. Thank you to our partners and supporters—this milestone belongs to you, too. 💫 @dallasparkrec @txdot #ConnectingDallastoDallas #CommunityImpact #DallasDevelopment

Happy National Bike Month! 🚴‍♂️🌿 Have you been out to ride the newest segment of the Trinity Forest Spine Trail yet? From barrier to connection — this one-mile elevated trail and the new Lake June Road bridge are transforming how people move across and along US-175. Safer. More accessible. More connected. Connecting Dallas to Dallas. To get here by trail: the AT&T Trail leads to the Pemberton Hill Spur, which connects you to this stretch of the Trinity Forest Spine Trail. Once the nine-mile trail is complete, you’ll be able to ride all the way from the @trinityriverauduboncenter to White Rock Lake. Tag your trail crew and let us know—are you biking it or walking it first?

A ribbon cutting to remember ✨ We’re still blown away by the turnout for last week’s Trinity Forest Spine Trail phase II grand opening. Elected officials, philanthropists, civic leaders and community members showed up in a big way to celebrate this important milestone. Moments like this remind us why the work matters. After years of dedication, it’s powerful to see this vision come to life—and we’re so thankful to the partners and supporters who made it possible. This one-mile elevated segment and the new Lake June bridge mark a major step forward—creating a safer pedestrian and bike connection across and along the highway. What was once a narrow, unsafe crossing is now a protected, accessible connection for the community. Built in partnership with @dallasparkrec , @txdot , Dallas County and North Central Texas Council of Governments, this project is part of the larger nine-mile Trinity Forest Spine Trail connecting White Rock Lake to the Trinity River Audubon Center—bringing opportunity, mobility and recreation to Southeast Dallas and beyond. We can’t wait to see the impact it will have for communities across Dallas! 🚶🚴🌱 Stay tuned for some awesome drone footage of the trail in action. #ConnectingDallastoDallas

The Loop Dallas, when it is completed next year, will create a 50-mile paved trail system that joins 39 miles of existing trails with 11 new ones. On Tuesday, officials and representatives from Dallas, Dallas County, the Texas Department of Transportation, and The Loop gathered in Pleasant Grove to celebrate the opening of the second phase of the Trinity Forest Spine Trail. Read how the Loop is bringing neighborhoods together, at the link in our bio.

Construction Update: The Loop Plaza is Taking Shape! Big things are happening at Victory Avenue and N. Houston Street. The bridge structure is formed and the iconic corten steel arches you’ve seen in renderings are set to arrive in the next few weeks. We’re officially in the home stretch! 📍 What’s Next: ✨Late March: New project banners arrive with a sneak peek of the experience to come. ✨This Summer: The Loop Plaza is projected to be complete! ✨This Fall: Stay tuned for Grand Opening celebration details. Powered by the Addy Foundation and designed by @tbgpartners , this project is both a vibrant and welcoming gathering space, and the vital link connecting the Katy Trail, Victory Park, the Design District and the Trinity Strand Trail via the Hi Line Connector. As we move into the final phase, we’re also finalizing our donor signage—designed to integrate seamlessly into the space and honor the supporters who’ve made this project possible. 👉 Heads up: Stay tuned for details on a new semi-permanent reroute path, coming soon. We’re excited to see you out there! 🚴🚶

We’re excited to announce that The Loop Dallas: Trinity Forest Spine Trail (phase II) has been selected as a finalist in the @dallasbizjournal ’s 2026 Best Real Estate Deal Awards! This $34M project is more than a trail - it’s a transformative investment in Southeast Dallas. By rebuilding the Lake June Road bridge and adding a mile of elevated trail along US-175, we’ve replaced a deteriorating barrier with a safer, modern connection for Pleasant Grove and Pemberton Hill. Why it’s a game-changer: ✅ Access to Opportunity: Connecting neighborhoods to @dartdaily , jobs and the Great Trinity Forest. ✅ Major Infrastructure: A landmark partnership with @txdot , the City of Dallas and Dallas County. ✅ Economic Engine: Driving long-term growth and connectivity citywide. A huge congratulations to all the other finalists! It’s an honor to be recognized alongside the projects shaping the future of our city. We’re counting down the days to the official ribbon-cutting for this project. Details to come! 🚲🚶 #ConnectingDallastoDallas #DallasBusinessJournal #DBJBestRealEstateAwards #TrinityForestSpineTrail #DallasRealEstate #PleasantGrove #CommunityImpact #ActiveTransportation #DallasTrails
