We’ve done our very best to keep pricing as accessible as possible for as long as we could but like many small, community-focused studios, we’re feeling the impact of rising costs. From updating equipment, investing in beautiful, functional spaces, and paying our team of teachers fairly and competitively, every part of The Loft is built on care and intention.
These changes will allow us to keep showing up in the ways that matter most:

Moving forward, we’re stepping back from using instagram as our main space for updates, schedules + news. Not because we don’t love this little corner of the internet, but because our energy belongs in the room- holding space, moving together, building something real.

Sound healing sessions 🧘🏻♀️✨
Using the gentle vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes and other healing instruments, sound healing works to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and bring the body into a deeper state of relaxation.

in yogic philosophy, the Koshas are the five layers of our being - the physical body, the energy body, the mind, the wisdom body, and the bliss body. beneath all of these layers exists our truest nature: a state of peace, wholeness and presence.
through sound healing, cacao, breath, stillness and guided meditation, we’ll journey through each layer gently peeling back what no longer serves, softening into ourselves, and returning home to what is real beneath the noise.

Seasons of Motherhood is an offering for the mamas...
An honouring of the ever-changing phases of motherhood. A space to gather, share and simply be held just as you are, in whatever season you’re in.
During this 90-minute gathering, we’ll explore gentle practices designed to nourish from the inside out. An opportunity to tend to yourself, so you can continue tending to the tiny hearts around you.
Our time together will include:
꩜ Breathwork to ground and release
꩜ Yin Yoga to soften and restore
꩜ Connection to remind us that we are never alone on this journey

We want to officially introduce Leah to the TLC team 🫶🏻✨
Leah brings a grounded, performance-informed approach to strength and conditioning, shaped by a background in elite and competitive sport. She represented Australia playing basketball (U19s and U21s) and played in the SANFLW with South Adelaide, where she was part of a premiership-winning team. She has also trained extensively in CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting environments.
She holds a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, and combines her formal qualifications with real-world experience to deliver thoughtful, structured training.
Leah’s coaching focuses on building strength, control, and efficiency of movement. Her sessions are clear, challenging, and designed to support people in developing confidence and capability in their bodies over time.
She brings a calm, supportive presence to her classes, encouraging clients to work at their edge while staying connected to technique and how they move.
Her goal is simple: To help people feel stronger, fitter, more capable, and more confident in their bodies.
