Stepping into a new chapter with purpose, vision, and deep gratitude. I’m incredibly proud to officially begin my role as Head of Training & Development, working across both the Sales and the Education departments with Maria Nila. This brand represents more than beautiful products, it stands for innovation, sustainability, and a modern approach to how we educate, inspire, and grow within our industry. That alignment is exactly what drew me here. At the same time, this transition marks a meaningful shift personally and professionally. After years of building and leading House of Lange, I’ll be stepping away from my day-to-day role and moving into a silent ownership position. House of Lange has been one of the greatest chapters of my career, built on passion, resilience, and an incredible team that continues to raise the standard every single day. To my team: thank you. Your talent, loyalty, and commitment are the foundation of everything we’ve created together. I also want to congratulate @mai__tyler on stepping into a larger leadership role within @houseoflange . I couldn’t be more confident in where things are headed. As I step into this new role, a major pillar of my focus will be color, bringing a more elevated, modern, and strategic approach to how we teach it, sell it, and create with it. Color is not just a service, it’s a language, a form of expression, and one of the most powerful drivers of salon growth when it’s truly understood.
