We are back with a new workshop: a space for listening, sharing and reflecting on the challenges of mental health within the performing arts.
Together with Luísa Saraiva, we will explore practical tools to navigate anxiety, stress and emotional burnout, in an artistic context where creative expression and financial sustainability often collide.
Each session begins with a physical practice focused on breathing and nervous system regulation, followed by individual and collective exercises around emotional management, expectations and resilience.

THE LAB.SESSIONS returns with another edition on World's Dance Day – 29 April at 6.30 pm – featuring the choreographer, dancer and visual artist Mercedes Quijada.
Mercedes Quijada will present a glimpse into the creative process and an excerpt of her latest work GOLDENLADY, premiering in October. ‘Her movements, inspired by flamenco and martial arts, respond to ancestral song, alternating between exhaustion and delicacy, and revealing a shared essence of womanhood, between tradition and modernity.’
