"Thus far the Lord has brought us" (1 Samuel 7:18). This can only be the doing of the Lord… Wow! I'm amazed, astonished, and it's unbelievable, even as I think about it now.
In a very challenging and tough year at work, where a lot had to be done. Meeting high personal expectations, delivering top-notch performance in every task, supervising team members, etc. I never expected this as always.
On my very special birthday, December 20th, as I celebrated a milestone age, I couldn't have asked for a better gift and surprise than being awarded Innova DDB Ghana Employee of the Year 2024 Award (MVP). This recognition does not only reminds me of all the dedication and hard work in the past, a little over three (3) years with
@innovaddbghana , but it motivates me to continue giving my best, no matter the challenges ahead. “We're going to continue as we always do, this time even more intentionally”. I believe the Lord will be gracious unto us and see us through. The challenges ahead are tougher and unpredictable, but I’ll keep the faith.
This achievement wouldn't have been possible without the strength and grace of the Lord, God Almighty. I also extend my gratitude to my COO
@kennethhammondaryee for his trust and support, not leaving out the immense support of the Traffic team led by
@neyomie_tetteh my Creative Team Leads
@tmakflakk and
@skidmichaels , my Creative Director
@emmanuelamankwah , the Accounts Team led by
@cermax_elikem , the Digital Team led by
@kingfafa_ , the Production team led by
