Sequoia made some super tasty Porchetta. Stuffed with caramelized fennel and onions. 2 slices seared, provolone cheese, arugula, pickled onion, caper salsa verde, on a hoagie roll.

House made mortadella sliced thick and seared to perfection. Aioli, yellow mustard, shredded lettuce oil n vinegar on white bread. We made the mortadella the same shape as the bread so every bite is the best bite. Classy but still trashy!
