Μια μοναδική κάθετη οινογνωσία αφιερωμένη στο Chardonnay του @theknackproject θα πραγματοποιηθεί στην @tanini_agapi_mou , στο πλαίσιο του ΦΥΣΙΚΑ FYSIKA 2025, με τον Χρήστο Κουλουριώτη να μοιράζεται την ιστορία έξι σοδειών και την εξέλιξη ενός κρασιού που αλλάζει χρόνο με τον χρόνο.
Θα έχουμε την ευκαιρία να παρακολουθήσουμε την πορεία ενός φυσικού κρασιού, κατανοώντας πώς ο χρόνος, το κλίμα και η εμπειρία του οινοποιού αποτυπώνονται στο ποτήρι. Από τη φρεσκάδα και την ενέργεια των πρώτων χρονιών, ως τη βαθιά ισορροπία και την ωριμότητα των τελευταίων, κάθε σοδειά θα μας αφηγηθεί τη δική της ιστορία.

Gerania Ori is a fantastic terroir that remains relatively undiscovered. The vineyards lie between two seas — the Corinthian and the Saronic — at an altitude of 650 meters. The rocky, calcareous soils and unique mesoclimate contribute to the production of top-quality grapes, with delayed harvests adding extra character and complexity.
While everyone is familiar with the vineyards of eastern Attica, few realize the hidden potential of the western side — a region often overshadowed by its industrial zones. But beyond that, the landscape changes completely.
The Gerania mountains, part of the protected Natura 2000 network, reveal a breathtaking, rugged terrain shaped by nature and history. Here, viticulture is nothing short of heroic — steep slopes, poor rocky soils, and difficult access make vine growing a true challenge. Only a few stubborn, determined winemakers, among them @theknackproject have chosen to farm vines in these conditions, driven by a deep belief in the land’s potential.
