I hate grocery shopping 🤷🏿‍♀️ ⁣ ⁣ It doesn't bring me joy....but it brings me food and that's pretty close. It's always felt like a chore. An absolute anergy and time suck 😐⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I've changed my approach to grocery shopping within the last few years. Thanks to curbside pick-up. And it's changed my eating habits. If i didn't have time to walk through the store, then I would eat out. ⁣😩 ⁣ ⁣ I don't walk into a grocery store unless I absolutely must. I'm usually pressed for time, so having someone else walk around the store for me has helped me find more time in my weeks. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Find what works for you and do it. If you have a hard time creating recipes, then google is your friend. How often do you train...your mobility and flexibility? Everyday? Every other day? Once a week? When you remember? Flexibility is like any other part of your training, it's unique to you. Not everyone needs to be able to do the splits and everyone doesn't need to squat 225lbs. At the end of the day your goals are truly YOURS. My flexibility is an important part of who I am as a person. It's not easy keeping up with it between adding in more strength work, but I do! And so can you! Cardio 🥲 I can't do the same type of cardio two sessions in a row.Last night, I conquered the StairMaster. It was humbling to say the least. I haven't decided what I'm going to do for cardio tomorrow. My go to hip-opener! I do it everywhere! I've even been known to do it at an airport during layovers 🤣. I take out the three- legged dog and the wild thing, and it's good to go. I add/subtract small twists or arm placements to accommodate what I need. What my body needs today is not always what it needs tomorrow. I meet my body where it is and move forward from there. I'm always striving for success but what that looks like can vary. . A Midday flow Don't you hate that instagram only allows 30 second Reels ? What're we in the stone ages? 🙄 Anyways here's a 4x speed version of a 5 minute flow Breathe through your movements and hold each shape for at least two breathes breathe. Increase how long you hold each stretch if you decide to do more than one round ❤️

One of my favorite hip mobility sequences. A level of difficulty is added when the hands are taken away. Tip: Stay engaged in your core and close your ribcage.
