Made Men: Level 200 ✅
Ran it back this year… and somehow it got even more meaningful.
Out of 2,600+ men who started, just over 1,000 finished and I’m grateful to be one of them again. Discipline, consistency, and growth hit different when you choose it daily.
But this time…My mom pinned me. That moment meant everything. Full circle bc last year she wasn’t able to attend.
And once again, went through the journey with my brother Clayton @c.bartholomew.b no surprise, just alignment.
Salute to @dhariusdaniels our coaches and every man who showed up and saw it through. The work doesn’t stop here… we just level up.

This isn’t just a venue — it’s sacred ground.
• One of the first schools in the South built to educate formerly enslaved people(EST. 1862)
• Birthplace of the Port Royal Experiment during the Civil War
• During the 1950s and 1960s — the Jim Crow era — Penn Center became one of the few places in the Southern United States where interracial groups could meet safely.
• Retreat site for Martin Luther King Jr. and the Southern Christian Leadership Conference ahead of the 1963 March on Washington
To speak where freedom was taught, protected, and organized?
