🎄CHRISTMAS CARD 2025🎄
Feeling especially proud and grateful today. This year tested me in ways I didn’t expect. Feeling stuck, disconnected, and honestly numb toward a lot of things. But sitting with these photos reminds me how fortunate I am to do what I love and to be trusted with capturing moments that matter to so many amazing people.
Back in 7th grade, shooting on my iPod, I never could’ve imagined this life or these people. Even when my environment gets critical and I forget my own passion, someone always shows up to remind me.
Thank you for turning a little kid’s dream into something real. Love you all 🖤
I don’t usually make posts like this, but this past week has been a lot.
It started heavy. I’ve known Jason and his family for about 10 years, which is still crazy to me. His whole family, especially his mom, has always been so kind, supportive, and accepting. That meant more to me than I can really explain. They gave me something I didn’t always have in my own space.
I’m sad. I miss her. I wish I had more time with all of them together. But she raised an incredible son, someone I’m lucky to call my best friend, and built a family full of kind, strong, brilliant people. That doesn’t go away.
This weekend was something I won’t forget. Getting to see people I care about perform for the first time, especially after losing someone so important, meant a lot. But honestly, just sitting together, talking, watching TV, eating, those simple moments meant just as much. We don’t always get that time, and I’m really grateful we did.
Saturday was the first time in a long time I went to a show just to be there, not to shoot. It gave me space to reflect on everything. How lucky I am to be part of this community. To meet so many talented, genuine people. To keep meeting more every time I’m around. And to do something I love for those same people.
I’m proud. Proud of my best friend and how far he’s come. Thankful he brought me into this world with him. Proud of the long nights, the travel, the wear on my body chasing something I care about.
And I’m proud of this community. The people who show up, who care, who look out for each other. Who uplift each other, especially when it matters most. For Jason. For his family. For everyone here.
What you all have built is special. Let’s keep it going together as long as we can.
